🧾 Payment Methods
Credit Card (Online Payment): Supports both local and international VISA, MasterCard, JCB
ATM Bank Transfer: Please complete payment within 3 days of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled
LINE Pay
Apple Pay: Only supported on iOS systems and Safari browser
Cash on Delivery (Convenience Store Pickup): If you fail to pick up your order twice, this payment method will be disabled for future orders
📄 Invoice Issuance
You can choose from the following two invoice types:
Electronic Invoice (Cloud Invoice): Issued automatically within 12 hours after payment and sent to your email. If you win a prize during the lottery draw, we will print the invoice and mail it to you via registered post.
Company Invoice (Paper Format):
In accordance with Taiwan's Ministry of Finance regulations, DEARPET issues electronic invoices for all purchases.
If you need a paper invoice with a tax ID for reimbursement, please enter the company name and tax ID during checkout. The paper invoice will be sent together with the package (to the same address as the order recipient).

Free shipping for orders NT$1,500 and above
📦 Delivery Methods
Home Delivery: Yamato TA-Q-BIN (Taiwan main island only), Chunghwa Post, HCT Logistics
Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven / FamilyMart (available on main and outlying islands)
In-store Pickup by Appointment: Available during business hours (Monday to Friday). Please contact customer service after placing your order to schedule your pickup time.
⏱ Shipping Schedule
In-stock items: Ships within 1–3 business days after ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Pre-order items: Ships within 7–10 business days (excluding order date and holidays)
Customized items: Ships within 15–20 business days (excluding order date and holidays)
※ During holidays or high-order seasons, shipping may be delayed.
※ If you choose convenience store pickup, please be sure to collect your package within 7 days of arrival. Failure to do so may result in restrictions on using this option in the future.
※ Please confirm all recipient information (e.g., name and phone number) before placing your order. If a failed delivery is due to incorrect or incomplete information, a reshipping fee will be charged.

⚠️ Product Notes
Color Variations: Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, angles during photography, and individual display settings. The actual product color shall prevail.
Measurements: All dimensions are measured manually. A margin of error of 1–3 cm is considered acceptable and not a defect.
Wood, Plated & Painted Items: Our wooden products are made from natural materials. Wood grain and color may differ from the product photos. Plated and painted items are handcrafted and may exhibit slight unevenness or subtle variations.
Glass & Ceramic Products: Glass may contain small bubbles or inclusions due to material characteristics. Handmade polishing may result in minor pores or marks. Ceramics may also exhibit small bumps, black spots, or surface textures, all of which are considered normal and do not affect functionality.
